About Returns & Refunds :

Lowcountry Bronze will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on all merchandise purchased over from our online stores withing 30 days of shipment. We fully accept any defective items for full exchange or in the case of an discontinued item - and item of your choosing of equal value. in all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please note: Items marked clearance are final sale. They can only be exchanged in the case of a manufacturer's defect. In the event the item is no longer in stock - the product will be replaced for another item of equal value or online store credit will be issued.

The return procedure is as follows:

  1. Email customer service at info@lowcountrybronze.com including your order number in the subject line. make a quick note of the item you would like to return.
    • include one of the following return codes:
    • 01 refund of unused merchandise
      ( 1 - 30 days from shipment )
    • 02 exchange of damaged merchandise
      ( 1 - 30 days from shipment )
    • 03 exchange of defective merchandise
      ( 1 - 30 days from shipment )
    • Please note that items that have been altered in any way from it's original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
    • Lowcountry Bronze will occasionally send replacement products while waiting for the initially purchased product to be returned. If the initially purchased item is not received by Lowcountry Bronze, you will be charged an additional fee for the replacement item.
       
  2. Customer service will respond to you email with an ra (return authorization) code. package your merchandise and return ship it to us at the address provided in your ra confirmation email. be sure to include the ra code on the address label.
  3. We will provide a refund (in the form of original payment) or replacement upon receipt of your returned merchandise.


Returns & Refunds Disclaimer
We reserve the right to deny service to fraudulent claims or any customer who abuses our return policy (i.e. repeatedly returning or exhanging an item).

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or given store credit.
  • We do not reimburse or refund you for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Lowcountry Bronze is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. Lowcountry Bronze recommends that you send your return using a carrier that offers tracking or elect that option as offered by the USPS.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. if you are eligible for a refund, we will take every step possible to process all refunds within 10 business days of the receipt of returned items. please tote that credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant.
